Thank you for allowing Connected Promotions to be part of your marketing & promotional process.
We look forward to providing you with excellent service, and building a lasting relationship.

Estimates:

You will be provided with an all inclusive estimate. Review and amend your estimate or sign and return to your sales consultant.
This is an indication that you wish to proceed with your order and your sales consultant will now allocate your inquiry to a specific designer and schedule their time sheet.
Paid invoices will be generated and emailed at your request once payment has been received.

Estimates:

Due to fluctuating stock levels, estimates are valid for 7 working days, from date of issue.
Please take note that products on promotion are subject to stock availability and a limited time offer.
Estimates generated during a promotional offer, must be settled before end of promotion.

Artwork:

No artwork will commence unless an approved /signed estimate has been received.
Should you decide to cancel your order after receiving your artwork, you will be held liable for cancellation fees.
Once approved artwork has been received full payment is due.
Tips to help us prepare your artwork.
Acceptable file formats:
*Vector artwork preferred (CDR./EPS/AI/PDF/FH)
*We accept PC format artwork only
*We do not accept jpg format logos or jpg converted to PDF
Please include font if typesetting is required and pantone colours if applicable
Artwork Fees:
Artwork received in the correct format will not be charged for. (print ready files)
Redraw of logo’s can be done at R150.00 excl Vat per logo.
A design fee per product will apply, with 2 further changes to the layout, whereafter any additional changes will be charged at R50.00 excl VAT per change.
Please refer to your estimate to confirm design fee for specific products as design fees vary between products.
Artwork cancelled after layouts have been generated will be charged at R125.00 excl VAT per layout done.

Payment:

We do not accept COD orders since having cash on the premises is a security risk.
We do not accept cheque or cash deposits as payment methods, all costs incurred will be for your account.
Branding will only commence once full payment has been received, funds have cleared in our bank account and artwork has been approved.
Delivery:
Connected Promotions (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible should delivery times not be met, through fault of courier companies.
Should you require a guaranteed delivery date, please place the order well in advance, and consider sending your own courier.
Turn around time on orders will be 7 to 10 working days, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please note that we will endeavor to complete your order in the given time, however the size of your order and production capacity could affect this time frame.
Should we experience any delays, we will inform you accordingly.

General:

Goods must be examined on receipt.
No claims in respect of shortages, damages or apparent defect in the goods will be considered unless full details have been given in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
